The visitors to Hunza are overwhelmed by the rugged charm, the fragrant breeze singing through graceful Poplar trees and the velvet-like green carpet of wheat fields, set against the background of snow-covered mountains. Situated at an elevation of 2,438 metres, Hunza Valley’s tourist season is from April to October. The temperature in May is maximum 27 C and minimum 14 C. The October temperature are: maximum 10 C and minimum 0 C. Majority of the people of Hunza are Ismaili Muslims, followers of His Highness the Aga Khan. The local language is Brushiski. Urdu and English are also understood by most of people.

Day 1: Departure from Islamabad

Leave for Besham via Karakorum Highway (KKH), (275 KM, 8 hrs drive). Night stay at Besham.

Day 2: Adventure Beggins

7 a.m. after breakfast, leave for Gilgit. Arrive Gilgit and check in at Gilgit. (340 KM, 12 Hrs drive)

Day 3: Historical Tour

Leave for to Hunza. Photostops at Rakaposhi view point and other interesting places.  Night stay at Hunza

Day 4: Visit of Lakes & Rivers

9 a.m. after breakfast visit leave for the visit of upper Hunza Ata abad Lake, Gulmit, Passu etc. drive back to Hunza. Night stay at Hunza.

Day 5: Visit of Forts

Visit of Altit and  Baltit Forts, Karimabad bazaar etc. Night in Hunza.

Day 6: Drive Back from Chilas

Drive back to Chilas.(235 KM, 7 hrs drive).  Night stay at Shangrila Midway House. Chilas

Mountainous valley situated to the north of hunza river in gilgit baltistan is  known as hunza valley the world Renowned hunza valley is a heaven for tourists..the capital of hunza is karimabad ( Baltit ) ,Prince karim agha khan is the spiritual head of shia ismaili nizari community and karimabad is named after him ,it is surrounded by three beautiful peaks Rakhaposhi,Diran and Ultar.hunza valley is surrounded by some of the high peaks namely Rakhaposhi,hunza peak,Darmyani peak,ghenta sar, ultar sar,Bojahagur Duanasir and lady finger peak
